In Person Class
You must not attend the class if you are unwell, experiencing symptoms or have been in contact with Covid-19. Studio is Covid safe and hand sanitiser will be available.
Zoom Live Stream Classes
You should receive the link to the Zoom meeting as soon as you have booked via email. You will need to download zoom before the class - give it a test beforehand.
If this is your first class please drop me an email (email@example.com) and let me know if there is anything you may need help with. If you have specific health issues that may require modifications, please let me know in advance of the class.
Please set your camera up to face the long edge of your mat so that I can see you both lying down and standing.

If you book onto the class less than 30 minutes before the class I cannot guarantee that you will receive class link and information.
