Following an intensive three year study program, I am a qualified Nutritional Therapist (College of Naturopathic Medicine) with a passion for supporting people towards a healthy diet and feeling well.
I offer a science-based approach to optimise health through personalised dietary changes and lifestyle recommendations. My aim as a Nutritionist is to empower and guide you on your health journey to create meaningful and life-long habitual changes to boost your nutrition and wellbeing. The core of my approach is to ensure you are kind to yourself and work with you to make sustainable changes without giving you the feeling of lacking.
Wellbeing program details
We start with a 90-minute introductory in my consultation room or online. I’ll take an in-depth look at your health history, future health goals, current diet, exercise, supplement routine and more. This information will be used to tailor your lifestyle plan according to your aims and make personalized recommendations for diet, exercise, lifestyle and if necessary, supplements and testing.
I will do a detailed analysis of your three-day diet diary using Nutritics professional dietitians’ software. This enables us to see exactly what your current diet is giving you in terms of micro and macro nutrients, the report will be delivered to you via email in pdf format for you to keep.
I will provide written personalised diet and lifestyle recommendations including information leaflet and some recipes.
There will be one 45-minute follow-up session four weeks after the initial consultation. We’ll review your progress and determine if any changes need to be made to your nutrition and lifestyle plan.
