Using the breath to serve as a meditation anchor, calming the nervous system, enhancing movement, and creating a balance between effort and relaxation.

Your Sequence

This one-hour class features a fixed sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, typically in a heated room. Suitable for all levels, it strengthens the body, enhances, balance, and mental focus, leaving you energized and centered.
